Salt & Light Academy is a Christ-centered school in La Grange, Kentucky, serving students in grades K–8. Our academy is community supported, which means families do not pay tuition. We exist to partner with parents, build students on biblical truth, and provide an education shaped by faith, character, and academic growth.

Community Supported
We want this to be clear. Families do not pay tuition to attend Salt & Light Academy. Our academy is made possible through the generosity of donors, supporters, and mission partners who believe Christ-centered education should be accessible to families in our community.
That is why we use the phrase community supported. It reflects both our structure and our heart.

We seek to establish God’s Word as the foundation of wisdom, truth, and daily life.
Character Formation
We want to help shape conscience, virtue, and conviction in the life of each student.

More Than a School, But First a Real School
Salt & Light Academy began by using the space God had already provided. We launched in 2024 and are continuing to grow as we serve more families.
Our long-term vision is to expand the academy, strengthen the model, and show what can happen when a church embraces education as mission. But we do not want that bigger vision to overshadow the present reality: Salt & Light Academy is a real and growing school serving families right now.
